When I grow up I want to...

We've all been asked that question before. For me, the answer to that question became an often-repeated story that was used to tease me and make me question myself and my true desires.   

My answer was,  when I grow up I want to have one child and eat lunch with my friends. 

Hello, I'm Jenn, and I am thrilled to introduce you to my podcast, "Lunch with My Friends."  I have three children,  but two of them are adults, leaving me with just "one kid at home."   Before staying home with my children I worked for over 20 years at two Fortune 500 companies.  Throughout my career and my time spent at home, I searched for career fulfillment and sought deeper meaning in my life,  always trying to prove that I was more than that innocent childhood dream. 

Today, I am embracing that narrative with a renewed perspective. I believe that as children, we possess an innate understanding of who we are, but sometimes the stories others tell about us can lead us astray. Through my podcast, I will connect with friends from my past, present and future to rediscover my true essence. By sharing candid conversations and reflective moments, I hope to encourage you to also reach out and have lunch with your friends.
